American Geophysical UnionAmerican Geophysical Union - The mission of the American Geophysical Union (AGU) is to promote discovery in Earth and space science for the benefit of humanity. The AGU was founded in 1919 by the National Research Council and was independently incorporated in 1972. The AGU's Employment and Career Center is an electronic recruitment resource and advice center in the Eath and space sciences.


American Meteorological SocietyAmerican Meteorological Society - The American Meteorological Society (AMS) was founded in 1919 and promotes the development and dissemination of information and education on the atmospheric and related oceanic and hydrologic sciences. National Weather AssociationNational Weather Association - The National Weather Association (NWA) is aimed to connect operational meteorologists in pursuit of excellence in weather forecasting, communication and service.
